I'll get right to it...

My name is Eric. I live in Massachusetts - about 30 miles north of Boston.
I'm a father of 2 teenage boys.

I absolutely love helping fathers reclaim their health, energy, and confidence so they can shown up as their best self for their family.

And believe it or not, it all starts with your body. Your Physiology and psychology are completely inter-connected.
Everything works better when your body is lean and healthy.

So, I know what it's like to have life, age and extra pounds creep up on you. Happens slowly yet fast if you know what I mean.

5 years ago I realized I had the start of a 'Dad Bod' happening. It wasn't too bad - yet - but it was starting.
I no longer felt good in my clothes.
I didn't want to take my shirt off at the pool or beach.
I was skinny fat.
I just didn't feel at my best.

Can you relate?

Prior to this Dad Bod stage, I was always pretty lean and muscular (pre-kids). So for me, I was not having it and I knew I needed to change things.

Fast forward a couple years of becoming obsessed with nutrition, health, eating clean and lifting weights - and I have been able to maintain a body fat percentage of 10% or less, year round, while also packing on over 20 pounds of lean muscle (all natural by the way).

I did this from the age of 42-to my current age of 46.

And I still enjoyed life along the way. I drink beer, wine or whiskey, eat pizza with my kids, etc.

So, how did this website come to be - and how can I help YOU?

For years, I have had so many fathers ask me:
"Eric - how do you stay so lean and muscular? I see you drinking beer, living a normal life, not living in the gym 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I don't get it?"

And..

"Eric - can you help me with my macros, nutrition, workouts, etc.? I need to get in better shape/eat healthier/find more energy/keep up with my kids/stay motivated, etc.!"

So, I found myself constantly helping guys with this stuff - which I learned to love. BUT, it was very time consuming. So, I simplified it, built this simple website, and now I can help other Dads from all over the world get rid of their Dad Bod - as well as a whole lot more if they choose to ramp it up in all areas of their health and wellness.

Let's keep this simple though. You are here to get rid of your Dad Bod. Let's focus on that first. If you want to ramp things up, I am happy to help there as well. I have different protocols that I can customize for anyone - no matter where you are at and what your goals are.

But, let's help you get rid of the Dad Bod first.

To be honest with you, a lot of Dads that come to me tell me that they just want to ditch their Dad Bod. Nothing more, nothing less.

They don't care about getting a 6 pack or being overly muscular. They often times do not even want to go to the gym and work out.
They just want to get back to that weight they were at in their younger years/pre- kids years.
